Ingredients:
3 cups green beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and trim the ends of the green beans.
- Heat a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. When the oil is warm (about 30 seconds) add the mustard seeds. Cook the mustard seeds until they start to "jump".
- Add the beans and stir so beans are coated in the seeds. Cook at Medium High for 2-3 minutes.
- Cover and cook at low for 5 -6 minutes.
- Can be served hot or cold.
