Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup yogurt
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 450 F . Keep a pan with a parchment paper handy.
- In a mixing bowl mix together the dry ingredients.
- Add the yogurt - mix until it forms a dough - add more flour if necessary.
- Form into a ball. Make deep incisions on it to let the steam escape.
- Bake in the hot oven for 15 minutes.
- Turn the oven down to 400F and bake for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes and eat warm with butter or clotted cream.
