Quick and Easy Pineapple Bread Pudding

7 -8 slices of white bread
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 can diced pineapples

Preheat oven to 375
Cut the edges off the bread.
Put bread in a bowl with the milk, sugar and butter, and let it soak for 10 minutes.
Add 2 eggs and beat the mixture.
Add the pineapples and stir.

Pour into a greased dish and place in the oven for about 40 minutes until it is done.
